About Vacation Patches
It was all a dream...
Every trip to Disneyland started out the same way: Find themed outfits for our family to wear to the parks. The fun part was picking a new theme each time- Mickey and Minnie, The Incredibles, Lion King, Star Wars and more. The themes were the fun part- but finding the perfect hat for the trip left much to be desired.
Started with a patch, now we're here.
Busy, cluttered, overdone, and just plain boring was the selection of hats on the market. Getting tired of not finding a simple, clean, and modern hat concept came to a halt when one day we decided to make one ourselves. Hitting our design software, finding inspiration from classic looks of the past, we designed the Mickey and Co. Patch to add to a blank hat. Once we assembled our first hat for personal use, the idea hit us: What if others struggled to find a hat and would want one like this? So, we ordered more patches, grabbed a few blank hats and published our first product on Etsy in March of 2023.
Hey, look ma we made it!
Now, over a year later, our shop features custom made iron-on patches and sewn-on patch hats, each one made with attention just like the first one (and still wear) to the parks today.
Our little crew is small but mighty- Our family (Lindsay, Steven, and son Parker) work on Vacation Patches together. Lindsay is in charge of our social media page and creative ideas/design concepts. Steven is the creative editor, designer, and works on product fulfillment and conception. Parker helps to share the hats, the looks, and even comes up with fun designs now and again (oh and he works in shipping too!). Our family finds our love for travel and vacation fits well with our brand.

How fast do you ship?
Fast. Lightning McQueen fast.
We aim to ship out orders the next day after an order is placed and depending on shipping speed it can take 3-5 business days to arrive. Our embroidered hats and shirts usually ship 2-5 days after ordering
Will your hats fit my head?
We sure hope so! Most hats fit most people, but if you are that rare bird who has an above average head size- might be good to measure:
General sizing:
- Adult Hats: Head circumference: 21 ⅝” - 23 ⅝”
- Kids/Youth Hats: Head circumference: 19 ¾” - 21 ¾”

Do you do large/wholesale orders?
We have worked with other brands in the past to sell larger quantities in bulk at reduced prices. Hit us up on our contact page if you are wanting to talk shop.
